This is to convey you in public that I am really fed up with my ICICI Credit Card account as they are not settling my account permanently, though I have no dues with themselves as on date. Still now are they are sending me monthly statements stating that till now I have dues, which is a big surprise for me.!
They have withdrawn an amount of Rs. 9, 950.67 from my ICICI Bank A/c as on 05.01.09. without even informing me and they have done this illegal transaction when there was no any prinpical amount due from me except some idiotic Late Payment Charges and Finance Charges without any reason whats over.
When I have informed themselves by visiting their Kolkata office and meet with Mr. Prasanta Sharma, he has understood the situation and confirmed me that within 2-3 weeks, he will able to solve the problem in consultation with his HO at Mumbai.
But, after that almost two and half months has been passed away and I met with him several times, he has not yet to solve any of my burning issues and thus I am getting worried about maintaing my creadit card account with ICICI Bank.
What I want from ICICI Bank to go for settlement permanently so that they will retun me my hard earned money to my bank account and there will be no dispute and thus in near future they will not send any statement that any outstanding is still there with me.! Kindly help me out at the earliest so that I will not be harassed like this way.
