As this is very popular and most famous and highest capitalism having private bank in India I thought it would be very good to open account in this bank.
The overall the bank is very good, they have different services, different technology, they provide different saving options etc etc.
There are much more things which you can get in this bank.The problem I faced is the minimum account balance is 10000 rs and they don't even alert us when the balance goes down 10000 rs.
And the balance goes down they charged you for that.
If we take care of it it would be fine.
The personal experience which I got was horrible.
My father gave me 25k and told me to transfer it to my uncle's account and for that I went to my branch itself so that if any problem occurs I will handle it.(My uncle's account is also in same bank but different branch)
I filled up the slip and gave money and slip to the staff to add money to the account and I got slip after they stamped it.
I came home and father asked my why didn't you transfer money, I told him I already transferred it and show him the slip.
I went to bank and ask them about this, the horrible scene was the staff who transferred that money he transferred it to the wrong account.
I have to write a letter for that, that took me about 2 hr more, the whole process was too long and even after they told me it will take 7 days to transferred that money.
I asked them to transferred it to my account and I transferred money from my account to uncle's account.
But think if I were not having that money in my account then what should I have been done.
Because of them I have to faced non required trouble.
This bank is recommended for everyone but because of that incident I would never recommend the sahyadri branch to anyone.
