I just recently get a nice experienced with their technical concern about let
them bug of their web site. It's really comedy that they not able to understand
one simple bug on their website that really surprise for me.
Ok here I explain the problem....
25 Feb 2007 I just checking the status of credit card Application. As soon I
insert the required information I realize that their Date compare function not
working properly.
It not able to accept the date of birth in the form for process application checks
status. So it means nobody can check the status of their application on their website.
So as by my nature I forward one email to their customer help service center
(In their website no consult person Email mention for technical problem.) along
with Snapshot with proper description.
On 26 Feb. 2007 I received one reply from that they not able to understand the
problem. Again I explain them and on 27 Feb. they give me a call. And again
asking me what exactly problem they facing. Again I am surprised they still not
able to know or understand that simple Bug on their website. Nobody their in
technical staffs to understand such simple website bug.
I am still waiting and cross my finger may be the bug fix but still 28 Feb.
2007 no progress. For all you here the snapshots that show still site
status of bug error.
