I opened an account in icici bank in 2013 with initial amount 10000.but not mentioned this amount 10000 in last six months. The bank are charge 6000 in my accounts.
I contact customer services that are say we are not mentend the initial amount 10000 so bank are charge . but I am mentend alway 10000 in my account. Bank are chaged extra in my account 6000 . when I camplain customer servive then we are retune my amount 1000 and not retune 5000 r. I am cry . this is very very bad . and I suggest my friend not open account in this bank.
