I am very old customer of ICICI. ICICI Internet banking is the best and I would say no comparison with any other bank. Other banks are far away, the services, they are providing through Internet banking. In spite of it, there is need to go to branch e.g. taking statements, taking bank stamp on some documents or so.
Recently, it happened twice in last 1.5 months. I had gone to Magarpatta Branch and Kondhwa branch for statement. I found their systems were down on both occasions, which was very frustrating. Even, their employees were not sure, when systems will be up. There was total kios in their branch. Some customers were shouting on employees.
I would say, employees were not at fault. It should be taken by sr. mgmt. of bank. They need to look into seriously, otherwise they will lose their edge in this competitive world. Many pvt.. banks are in the race. There must not be any downtime in banking hrs, else they will start losing their customers.
