Friends its my first credit card .I have use this card from last 1 year.
Because its my first credit card I am feeling very uncomfortable when I first use it.I pay my electricity Bill on 17th may .
After made that payment I was very confused to how and when I have pay that credit amount back and how much charge they will added.
But friend I am thankful to icici customer service .They will cleirfy me what its my pay cycle, after how many days they will charge interest on my credit amount, and what it the interest rate, when they send my monthly statement.
After that they will suggest me to download the I mobile app to check that all required information instantly.
After few month now I am very much comfortable to use that card.thanks icici customer service.
