I have used this card from a long time and the only thing good about it is providing buy1 get 1 free movie tickets on bookmyshow but that too applicable if ticket price is Rs 250/- or below. Since most of the weekends are high priced, this offer is not applicable and hence card is useless.
The customer service is very poor as I faced problem when I applied for this credit card as the executive promised that joining charges will be Rs 500/- and you will get a gift coupon worth Rs 1500/- but I was charged Rs 1000/- and got a tie instead of coupons. Upon much pursuation with bank and their area managers to look into this matter, finally I recieved Rs 500/- return on joining fees and that too manager paid from his pocket and I was reluctant to make him pay as the executive later on denied and misbehaved.
You will get emi availability at all merchants but rate of interest on emi will be higher as compared to HDFC so I do not use it most of the times
Also if you want to convert one of your purchase into emi by calling their customer care, they will convert it into only 3 month emi and not more than that.
Also they will provide very low limit irrespective of what they say during joining that it depends on your earnings.
Overall it is of no use and I am closing it this year and will not renew it.
