ICICI Bank truly sucks!!!!!!! It has the most horrible service I have ever experienced. If you are using their credit or debit card and call customer service, if you are lucky enough to get through, you will surely be forced to talk to someone who hardly understands English, speaks terrible english and will put you on hold every minute for next 5 minutes.
If you take their insurance, rest assured, you will never get your claim sanctioned from them whenever you need.
I am a gold card member of the bank, and I hold multiple other gold cards from banks like HSBC, HDFC etc. and I have never had a problem with any of them except ICICI.
In a nutshell, ICICI has the worst customer service in the world and I request everyone who will read this review to kindly spread these words across to save people from being harassed by ICICI - The Worst!
