I am ICICI bank customer for last 10 years, I like the facilities provided in the bank, but last few year I have being using my debit card for most of my purchase and if due to any reason my transaction fails I have to under go a long procedure to get my refund. Things I do not like about the Bank is
1) no Toll free number for customer, you have to make an STD call and wait for 10-15 min to get connected to customer support . The customer support is busy most of the time, and yes the toll free number which is 18001024242 is only to let you know your complain status .
2) for dispute related issue Branch ask you to contact customer support
3) Branch charge you extra if you want a print of your account statement
I feel bank must provide a Toll free number . and try to increases there customer support services
