I have worked in this bank for 1, 1/2years and I have very bad experience about this bank.
Before joining this bank I have worked in 1 more banks and that bank was really great as compared to this bank.
Because this is India's top private bank I join this one but I think that my decision was wrong as in this bank the employees are treated like labourer.I'm saying this because in the branch where I was working the Senior Management were forcing some nonsense rules, and the were Manager scolding his employees(us).
There were lot of mental torture.
There were always pressure and the employees always reel under it.
They don't know how to treat their employees.
I requested the authorities to kindly look upon this matter but they didn't take any action on this.
I have personally experienced the worse side of the reputed bank.Please don't join this even if you are getting more salary(salary is less compare to mental harassment)
