Dear All,

This is a general mail intended for everybody, please share your precious moments and read this,

2.5 years ago when IBM came to my college for recruitment I was extremely happy and today when I am leaving the company I am again feeling the same exhilaration, but there is a big difference between the two, the reason for happiness at the time of joining was the anxiety and excitement for my life ahead in IBM and for the happiness today is that at last my frustration has come to an end.

My journey in IBM has been a maelstrom of churning emotions and horrible memories, because of only one person that is My People Manager Mr xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx, the decision to quit IBM today is nothing but the result of extreme humiliation, mental harassment, frustration and abasement that he has given me. His disparaging and demoralizing remarks and severe criticism through this phase was hard to bear. There is no meaning of emotions and feeling to this person who can call anybody during high grade fever and force him to come to office.

This is to HR and other senior persons reading this mail, please make IBM free from such managers else they will keep making the life of many Ankit's like me miserable.

Shankar Sir and Arjun Sir : I am writing this mail just to tell you that somewhere in your IBM, how a persons dreams are being shattered.I was the topper of my college and now I am leaving this job with nothing in my hand.

His words still haunt me when he called me up during high grade fever once and told me "Ankit you are not here to fall ill, you have to come at any cost" and if you argue he will simply say I can destroy your career".He openly says this that "Ankit I control your career here , if you don't listen to me I will destroy it" and if a person is on leave for some serious reason in his family (due to death of close relative) he tells him that "Why don't you plan your leaves?", there are not less than thousand incidents like that. He forced one of my Team member who met with an accident to come to the office.

"Ankit I always felt that We are working for xxxxx and not for IBM".These are the words of one of my teammate

Once in night he said"Ankit you are bad luck to me, whenevr you are in night shift, the server went down"

I tried my level best to tolerate all these things.But, at last being fed up from all this and reaching a breakpoint I have decided to quit IBM and start a new life .

Positive side is that now I will be able to tackle any type of environment because I have already faced the worst.

Almost everybody in the Data Center is familiar with his nature and I know nobody likes him.

One of his close Friend came to my seat and asked" How can you work with such kind of person"

My special thanks to Narendra Tyagi Sir who always encourages me and supoorted me.Sir , the day I resigned, I cried that whole night that what was my fault and why my life went like this.

Thanks for everybody for their support.

I know, now I am going to be Blacklisted from IBM, but if these kind of people exists here, then its better to not to join it.

xxxxx ji, please do not frustrate somebody this much, after all everybody is a human being.One more thing, there is always a difference between a servant and an Employee..
