Finally after a lots of R&D I Booked i20 from Capital hyundai ..No doubt that Hyundai is a good car maker but the Dealers like Capital Hyundai , Noida ....washing there all reputation
From the very first day of my bookoing sales person never tried to contact me for any update even he don't bother to pick his phone...........and on the date of delivery of the car although it was pre decided and well intimated to sales team No bady was able to locate my document file for two hrs..even they dont care that the customer seating in the lounge needs some tea/water or not.
Any how they delivered me i20 after 3 hrs wait time with no Accessories , even with out FOOT MAT & NO MUD FLAP which r generally basic requirments in a new car ...........
So Before visiting CAPITAL HYUNDAI think twice ..................if you have all the courage to bear all the problems u r most welcome to visite CAPITAL HYUNDAI NOIDA.
