Like any Indian Car Ad, mileage is a key selling proposition. However, be aware, this is highly misleading. The latest ads promise, 20 km per liter+. But, on the AT model, I get less than 9 km per liter. This is even without air conditioning. Plus, the car has been through 2 rounds of service. Life hasn't improved. And the dealer, Advaith Bangalore, was a nightmare to deal with. He initially refused to give me my service booklet and I had to literally threaten him, to get it out. Plus, I had engine starting problems, within a year of ownership. Quite a surprise because, this was new generation Kappa engine. I was given some vague explanation that this was due to petrol quality. Hyundai folks.if you want to sell your cars in India, learn to live with the reality that more than 50% of petrol is adulterated and if your engine can't handle it, fix it or stop selling. Finally, their suspension, is very soft. The car jumps like a monkey over the innumerable speed breakers and pot holes that you find on our roads. So if you have a back problem, consider buying a bigger car, with a long wheel base.
