If you want to be conned by false promises and poor service then you should buy a Hyundai I10 Magna for the worst dealer in Mumbai Pramukh Hyundai formerly known as Jaybharat Automobiles Limited.
The sales and service people are trained in the fine art of promising lies.
The only thing worse is when you visit their Service Centre in Chembur. There they seem to struggle over basic improvements on even a new car.
I have not even completed one year with the Hyundai I 10 Magna and I am sorry to say that while the car is good the mileage is pathetic( less than 8kms per litre), please don’t get fooled by the false advertising which promises 18 and 19 kms.
When I gave it to more than one of their service Centre, both Chembur and more recently Cotton Green, their engineers tell me it’s just advertising. WOW! What honesty, after you buy the car.
The back door on the left side constantly rattles and I have service challans to prove the number of time I have sent it to be rectified. But nothing improves.
The most ridiculous issue is that they call you after your service, when you tell them it was unsatisfactory, they thank you. And That’s the End of it.
I hope that anyone thinking of buying a new car from Hyundai takes great care in ensuring what is real from what is advertising, before they make a decision.
