I am writing this with lot of disappointment and largely to vent out my frustration which I am going through for the last few months.


To start with this is my  third Hyundai car in my family in the last one year and for the last 8 years I was driving GETZ and happen to buy this Verna automatic last year in return to my GETZ.from Advaith Hyundai, Vasanthnagar. The sales guys are really good and I know each one of them personally but the problem is with the the service guys.


Last year I complained these guys about my mileage(6 km/liter) and they told me it should improve after first service.fair point, my second service was also done but no improvement and they blamed the Bangalore traffic and said this is purely related to Bangalore traffic, my friend who bought a Honda city automatic enjoys a easy mileage of 11km/ltr in city condition.


The real problem, my car developed a malfunction on 25th Jan'17 and the malfunction sign was displayed and after sometime the car stopped in the signal with a jerk and with lot of difficulty I drove to the service station and explained them that the vehicle was not not responding to accele_45rator and the brakes are not working. They were very curious and did everything possible and requested me to drop the vehicle as they couldn't identify the problem.Car was handed over to me on 30th Jan.after 5 days(one Govt holiday on 26th) and was told by the staff that this was a problem they couldn't fix and as a special case had to call engineers from Chennai, they had to spend 7 hrs on the car and drove about 100+ kilometers to test the vehicle(petrol was at my cost) and finally they said they have  rectified the problem, and was made to aishwaryasingh23 a nominal cost.remember this is a new car


Today 9th Feb, my car broke down again in the traffic and I had to call the helpline and the vehicle was towed by their staff, guess what.all the story told by the service staff for the last service was plain lies.and to my shock everybody accepted it.Please be-careful if you want to pick the automatic version as they are not great in this space.


My request is not to respond to my mail as I am not trying to portray Hyundai in bad light but felt like conveying the message to guys who plan to buy this model. This will be my last car from Hyundai.that's for sure.


Updating.the car broke down again for the third time on 11 march and here is the proof for those who don't believe

As per the Telephonic discussion had with you on 15.03.2017 with Mr.Nagaraj Alwa,


your car repair details mentioned below:


1) When the car reported on 25/01/2017(R.O.Number:R201700851, KMS:14,750) You Had an concern during that time we removed all wiring sockets and re fixed after that driven for 80kms( apx) test drive Parameters was as per the specification no abnormality found and car delivered to you.


2)second time car reported on09/02/2017(R.O.Number:R201701401, KMS:15,096)


we found sensor malfunction throttle position sensor for that we changed ECM along with sensor for safer side and took test drive around 150kms after that we didn't found any malfunction light and all the parameters were under specification and the car Delivered to you.


3)Car Reported on 11.03.2017 evening,(R201702634, KMS:15,nextisbest) we found problem with wiring harness which send the signal from ECM to throttle position sensor we are changing engine wiring Assembly. taken test drive of 50kms
