I am owner of Verna Fluidic 1.6 SX CRDI since 10th September 2013 Reg. No. GJ 6 FQ 6121. Since last two week I am suffering for AC problem. During afternoon at 1.00 pm my car does not cool even after driving 5 to 10 KM and cabin temperature is 32/34.
I am also owner of VV POLO. In this car in afternoon at 1.00 PM within 2 KM of driving car cabin temperature come to 22/23. I went to check my car to downtown service center. They only check grill temperature and say AC is working Properly, I was sitting with him. He does not have criteria how much time require to check AC grill temperature.
By Racing car he saw me grill temperature to 5.6 degree. After that I asked them to take trial of Car. While taking trial of car for more than 6 to 7 km. cabin temperature reach to 29/30 while set temperature was 14 LO. Now I do not understand, in what way Car AC working properly.
In my view, In an AC car if you're suffering from sweating after buying a car of 12 lac Rs this is only wastage of money and nothing else. Also during my first service also I complain about AC vent problem. But still the problem unresolved.
On getting poor response from dealer, I complain to HMIL. They suggest me to check car once again at dealer location. Once against dealer checked car and say, "AC working perfectly" dealer check AC for 10 minute at 1500 RPM and cut off temperature was 3.1 C and Cabin Temperature was 25 C. While set temperature is 14 C.
This checking was done while outside temperature was only 35 C at 10.30 am. IF outside temperature is 42C at 13.00 pm can u imagine performance of This car AC. HMIL QUALITY GOES PATHETIC AND CHEATING CUSTOMERS AND MAKING CUSTOMERS A FOOL.
