This unit worked fine for 3 years, after which the board failed. I got a replacement post paying 1300 Rs with a warranty of 45 days, and it failed again in 3 months.
The company could not replace the board, as they had discontinued the unit and asked me to change the unit completely after paying the price. They troubled me for 1 month as every body in the service department was just passing the buck and it is total frustration. Hykon is not a very professional company and they have a do not care attitude, till you write solid mails to their HO id.
Go for good reputed brands who offer better after sales support.
