We booked Hyatt Regency (Andheri East) for a few days stay and expected to be offered decent quality service but it turned out to be of an average level.
Breakfast buffet menu was the same everyday :( and after 4-5 days we didn't feel like eating anything. Coming to staff & service, it was the worst. During the breakfast hours, if one orders for water/tea/ etc. mostly it would reach you after you get up to help yourself. We had a kid with us and ordered food from the live counter but they would prepare it after an hour and the child would get restless by then.
Even the room service was extremely slow, often anything we asked for would reach us only when we called house keeping 5-6 times, on an average. I wish I had enough time to write about my complete experience.
In short, if you are quality conscious, love your money and dont want to spend time waiting for their services, then Hyatt is definitely not the best option for you.
