Refund for cancelled order pending for 7 weeks. Review on Hushbabies

I had placed an order (Order # 130725-20?5531-8446 (#HB000428?94)) on 25th July on hushbabies.com for 2 items worth Rs.1979/- with a delivery lead time of 8-10 days. Since the shipping details were not updated even on 2nd Aug, I tried contacting customer care on +91 92507 92507. This number is not functional (switched off) & hence I sent a note to their customer care who reverted stating the products are not available & sought confirmation for cancelling the order. I confirmed cancelling the order & email stating cancellation, was received on 2nd Aug with a lead time of 21 days to refund the order.

I have been chasing customer care since the last 2 weeks asking for refund status but emails are not being acknowledged. Customer care number provided on website +91 92507 92507 is switched off. This is a scam & I don't think the money will be refunded - Please ensure you speak to customer care if you are ordering any items on the website.
