Dont buy anything from them. Review on Hushbabies

I am very regular customer of hush babies. I placed a order and my order no was 130519-220002-7386 on dated 19th may 2013. After 7 days  processing of my order they did not shipped my order then I called to their worst customer. One of customer care executive said to me there is no such order placed by you he confirmed my order no, mobile no many times I really surprised and I said I can send email for this order no which I received.

Then I again called the customer care. Next time they confirmed my order no. and said we do not have stock availability of your items(Diaper)so wait for 2 or 3 days we will dispatch your item soon.After waiting 10 days there was no response from hush babies. I called again to their customer care department they again ensured me that your item will be deliver soon but after next day they cancelled my order without any intimation on 11 June.

Then I again called to customer care and I asked for refund. he replied me that u will receive your refund within 7 days but after a month I did not received my refund.One more important thing I redeem Badhai.in voucher they also denied refund of my voucher. So I decided lodged a complain against hushbabies in consumer court and now I decided I will not purchase anything from hushbabies in the future...

So I would strongly recommended that dont buy anything from hushbabies they are  cheating peoples
