The author starts the book with full of confidence saying you toss away the book if you felt no confidence on this book after reading first few pages and he knows its not possible. It changes the life of many people including myself. Its a instant worry stopping medicine for people who worry lot and want to live happy life. It must be in your book shelf. After reading the book you love living your life.
