they will hoard your money and you will be at their mercy forever for delivery. Upon asking for refund they will shrug off as its not their policy to refund
YES They do not have a refund policy. Just keep calling their busy call center and their employees keep buying another day from you every-time you call them. Total harassment and horrible experience
Everyday I call them to remind their job, but these lousy fellows find innovative reasons to sound helpless and buy another day from you only to default the next day as well.
