I booked accommodation from your reservations for 26th and 27th January, per #240749. For Rameswaram. Due to sudden demise of familiy member I have decided to just go alone and cancel for others and second day accommodation. Imagine the situation when they asked me to pay or get last. not even allowing for the amount already paid for first day. It is not peak season and all the rooms are vacant. They claim that it is peak season. I have verified before going to see weather it is a peak season or not.
1.Worst service ..never book via Hotel Pushpak ..NEVER. Better to stay on footpath then getting reserved through hotelpushpak.com.
2.All they need is money..money and money after you pay that's it... their intentions are fulfilled.
3.You can book but you cant cancel. They claim cancellation can be done before 48 hrs only. I called before 48 hrs they say that it is for 7 days. All they want to say is they would not refund. Money if gone is theirs.
They would guide to link below the confirmation that we need to update you before 48 hrs for cancellation. They would not communicate with the linked hotel and seek their approval per your policies and the hotel policies is different. They say it is 48 hrs in advance and they say it is 7 days in advance. If they had a bad tie-up they should have communicated to us in advance.
I was informed about "No cancellation or Peak days Or per hotel's discretion when I am already off to Rameswaram". If it is really a peak season they should have been communicated 7 days in advance. NOTHING HAPPENED.
- I was in a deliberate situation when they asked to be to get lost [or] pay the remaining amount to grant access to the room. My case is genuine I am not asking about the type of room to be concession-ed [As the other members cancelled the trip]. I am talking only about cancellation of second day.
I kindly request to you is to not atleast repeat with any other person not every ones is generous enough as me. Enjoy misleading and cheating people. Money is yours and so is the disgrace.
