Bad conditions of rooms. Review on Hotel Namaskar, Amritsar

As we recently had a tour to Amritsar, so we had stayed in this hotel for three days. We had booked the room of the hotel online. And pictures they have uploaded on the website were seeming to be good. When we checked in we were shocked to see the infrastructure of the hotel. The hotel didn't have any swimming pool and garden and have mention it in their website. Also this is not a hotel but a sort of inn. The condition of the rooms were really bad. Half of the electrical appliances were not working at all. We had complained regarding this too manager but he didn't replied properly. Also he was very rude. The staff working here are not friendly. The quality of the food they served is not good. Also the hotel didn't have refund policy so we have to stay here. Our whole tour to Amritsar got spoiled because of this. I suggest not to visit this hotel while having tour to Amritsar as it not a standard hotel.
