I stay here with the family on every trip to this area. The hotel is good, clean, and close to the railway station. I usually book by email, and no problems faced. No real reason so far to try out any other place. The restaurant food is good, service decent.
The staff manning the reception could be more courteous - their behavior is almost as if they are doing us a favor by providing rooms. In general, the instant answer to anything is almost a no -wonder why. If you want an extra room, they would say not available, but if you force them a bit, then it is available easily.
Why this attitude? The toiletries provided in the room could have been better quality and also more items could have been provided.
