Overview

Unicorn is Honda's best seller in the 150cc section of bikes in India. This bike is competing directly with others like the Bajaj Pulsar 150, Yamaha FZ and their cousins ??Hero Xtreme and Hunk. Can this bike survive the rising competition in its segment? Come on, let's find it.

Design and Style

The Unicorn was introduced to the market almost seven years ago and only a few changes have been made to date. The bike is definitely not as appealing as its name, but it looks good. There is a familiarity that must be corrected by Honda in appearance. The headlamps and fenders are the same, but now the new visor adds a first-class touch to this bike with chrome-plated just above the headlight. Honda's 3D emblem in the large fuel tank looks stylish with new graphics on its side panels.

The upgraded silencer with heat shield completes all black color touches with this motocikletin black alloy wheels, engine and bucket. This bike has a full-sized rear fender and tail light that adds muscle to the clear lens indicators, and most importantly you can not see the rear mono shout. In terms of appearance, a stylish bike is not under the increased demand for sporty appearance.

Instrumental Console

When everyone switched to digitization, Honda decided to stick with the analog console on Unicorn. The instrument panel has three circular dials, the largest of which are the analog Speedometer, the mileage meter and the navigation meter. On the left you can see an analog tachometer and on the right you can see a fuel gauge and other indicators

Engine and Gearbox

Honda powers the air from the Unicorn, with a 4-stroke 150cc engine. This mono-cylinder SI engine pumps a net power of 13.3 hp at 8000 rpm, while the torque output of this engine is 12.7 Nm and reaches 5500 rpm. Honda serves this vitality with a five-speed manual gearbox with one gear down and four shift-up patterns.
