Shifting from an Accent (1.6 GLS + ABS) to a Honda car with low clearance has been an experience. Driving has become more sober. You simply cannot pull away from the traffic within the city. However, in the last few long distance runs which I have done in the past 4 months, I have got a grip on how to handle the Honda on the highway. One should just rev it up a bit before cruising.
The car unleashes power (in comparison to an Accent/ Verna/SX4). Yesterday, I did Bangalore --> Wayanad. Keep the car at a constant speed of 100 and the car does wonderful. It pulls away in 4th gear and is very well balanced even while doing curves. The drive uphill was also a dream where the car performed wonderfully. I have to admit, I am gradually learning to admire.
