I bought vehicle on 25 december 2010. Its wheels were wobbling from day 1. on 1st service, I was told it was due to handle problem, now it is solved. But nothing happened. I visited dealer JSP Honda Hyderabad, 3-4 times and wasted my time and showed them the defect. And told them that when company official comes, inform me so that I could show him the defect. I also called their Service Head - Mr. Shashi and explained the problem. He said reams and tyres are not under warranty and you have to buy them.
I asked him, why the hell should I but the reams and tyres just after 1 month of purchasing the scooter, if they have come from the factory in poor condition the company should replace them. I told him to prove that I have damaged it, but he has always avoided to meet me and see the vehicle. I even filled the feedback form and told JSP Honda, Hyderabad Service Manager to inform me when the company person comes. But all these people are hand-in-hand with each other and paid for just befooling the customer rather than solving his problem.
