I had ordered a jewellery combo through Homeshop 18. Website said delivery within 12 business days, but I got it in two days itself! Quick service.
But when I opened the pack, I saw, one of the earrings were broken. Other jewellery were intact. I sent a mail to the customer service, and they responded immediately. I received a mail, and within 24 hours, their representative called me and assured, that the broken earring will be replaced.
I had throughout followup through sms, and email, and the partial replacement was also done. They did not even ask me to return the broken jewellery, for verification.
I appreciate their service!
