I have purchased SPC Internet MP3 Player. The product was delivered on 20th June 2016, Order No is 993057237. When I unboxed my product, I didn't find the accessories in the box. When I complained about this to Homeshop18 they are asking to contact Lateral Marketing Company who is the seller of SPC Internet MP3 Player. I asked them to provide me their contact details so that I could get in touch with them & get my problem solved as soon as possible. When I contacted that Lateral Marketing Company, someone picked up the call & when I discussed my problem with them, they asked me to contact Home Shop 18 Customer Care Services. I spoke to Dhwani, an executive from Home Shop 18 Customer Support services for the same but I was totally shocked because instead of listening to my problem she kept on interrupting me & blamed me that I am lying to her. That Customer Care Executive named Dhwani was saying "sabko produt poora milta hai lekin aapko adhura mila hai, aisa nahi ho sakta hai." I was totally harassed by her behaviour because I am not the one who would tolerate somebody blaming me for something which I am not or which I have not done. When I asked her to transfer my call to you manager as I was not satisfied with her at all then she disconnected my call over my face. I have faced a problem before aswell from Home Shop 18 but at the end somehow they accepted their fault & apologised for the same before but this time it was totally a shocking & unexpected behaviour from Home Shop 18 Company. Ther are the most & the most worst people who do not know how to treat their customer. I feel they should be banned in India so that customers like us don't get hurt.
