The site looks very tempting . and the products glamorous . but once you order the products, they are either broken, damaged or very different from the photo shown on the site . what is worse is the customer service . though they say that its easy return . there is no action on your refund requests . for weeks they cant decide on whether they want you to courier the product back or they want to send a pick up . and once they do ask you to courier the products back and you do so . they start calling you to tell you that you were never meant to courier the products back in the first place .also each product is shipped to its original warehouse and not homeshop so taking the address etc is a time consuming task .
Even if you do manage to send the items back . dont ever expect a refund in your own lifetime . you can call and write and call and fight . but they wont give you a refund .a nd if by the twentieth or thirtieth call of having explained the same things to each new executive and answered the same questions . you loose your temper . they will simply not refund the money sayikng you are rude
The customer service is pathetic . and I would suggest not to ever ever trade on this site ever . this is happening to us . but now that I am speaking to friends I realise that everyone shares the same views and experiences when it comes to Homehop18 Overall Experience
