I have done large billing in hometown for jacuzzi, flooring, wallpaper curtains and various house accessories.ref  Bill no T26/3437 and order number H2088054013 and more ...


Initially it was a very impressive store and was overwhelmed , as everything under one roof and until you purchase all salesmen behave to be around you. Once they have received the money they all turn your backs and this has been my experience all the time .


Various issues are as follows:




  1. money is taken in advance in full always




  2. as its a store within store their billing and ordering and payment places are located at many places so if you buy curtains pay at one counter under queue and if you but flooring its another corner with another queue and so on.




  3. Once money is taken - there is no mechanism to track orders and though they promise orally delivery timelines it never happens. ( jacuzzi delivery delayed / wallpaper delayed by two weeks 19th aug onwards. I went personally to the store again to check and they conveyed that due to EID it was delayed and promised to fix it on 27th Aug. But nor they turned up nor were responding to calls. And I still don't know when they will send my wallpaper. I'm stuck as they will not refund my money also  and all paid in advance. Call after calls on this. I was also asked to pay hidden without receipts an installation charge of 1000 for wallpaper which I was forced to pay and I still haven't got my material also.




  4. They displayed curtains of door size and while they took off 8 pieces they gave me window sizes. On asking to exchange to door size I came to know that they dont have door size at all and insisted I had to buy any colour from that area  which I tried looking for blues, They didnt have any options in blue then why will I forcefully buy it, but they said they wont refund my money. The last option given wsa a credit note so that I can still buy something else from hometown.




  5. Painting - at the same time I booked my painting at the dulux store promising me to work at my home from 7 pm to 12 pm in night as we couple are working . They asked us to pay advance and believe me the workers work at their wishes for 2 hours or three and go, paints were not even brought on time and unnecessarily stretching the painting at home so several days. Complaints, calls to anyone makes no difference. Their floor heads do not respond nor address nor understand what it means to cause such delays to anyone life. They only make sure advance is received by them.






I have bought several things from here but the way the point of sales are maintained its just not expected from future group and service customer care don't actually care. I definitely do not want to go there again . But for the once currently purchase and ordered I'm left with no option than waiting. Money's gone more so time and energy.


I feel small stores or places like crawford have all the variety, samples and are more face to face when it comes to replacements, delivery and even prices which I fond in curtains, mattresses, crockery, accessories, bedsheets etc.


Ridiculously cheated and false promises !!!!!!
