Most disgusting and pathetic customer service. They do not value customer apart from taking money during booking. Promised delivery dates change every day. Customers need to follow up with hometown call center. Store in which you booked is not going to take any responsibility once money is paid there. No business model and ethics.
It looks like there are only 1-2 call center folks to attend customer calls.
So called Managers will not help customer, not sure how they operate
