Hey everyone! I have visited hoganakkal a few years ago with my family members. It is a gorgeous place for the picnic with family and especially for children. Here you can enjoy to your core. I would like to share something about hoganakkal. It is one of the best picnic spot in Tamil Nadu. It is situated in the dharmapuri district which is 48 km of distance. We can reach hoganakkal by air through Salem airport which is 63km away. Then by road there is various routes like from Salem, Bangalore etc. By train we can come to Salem or dharmapuri and then by using roads we can reach hoganakkal. Local sightseeing: important sights are waterfalls, hanging bridge, melagiri hills, hanuman and parameshwari temples, etc are considered to be the beautiful picnic spots. Other activities: oil massage, boating, fish fries etc. Oil massage is the speacial thing in hoganakkal and their serviceHotels and accommodation: there are lot and lot of hotels have came according to the budget of all kind of people. Then coming to food here you can get fresh fish frys which will taste awesome. The fishes are getting from the hoganakkal itself.
