I bought 2 iClean air condition from Rathna Fan house in Chennai T.Nagar https://hitachi-hli.com/productdetail/iClean/
Installation was done on time and follow-up was good. But within a week both of them failed and a red light used to blink. I opened up my 1st ticket and the technical rep came and told that it is the voltage issue. So I replaced both of my stabilizer to Booster stabilizer.
Problem still persisted and I opened my second ticket in my 2nd week. Same technical rep came and told us the same. I was so furious and I told him that it is booster ac and it is not happening to both the ac at the same time and happening very randomly. He blamed it on voltage and left.
After 3 more tickets and the same thing, I gave up. All of a sudden it started working fine and 2 months later, One circuit in one of the ac failed and the compressor was not stopping even if you stop the ac in your remote. We have to literally kill the power.
I am so frustrated, I will not buy anything of Hitachi anymore. They told me that there is nothing with the product and if there is, they will replace. But I kept suffering and there is no relief for me as I still face random "Red" blinks in the air condition and my summer is nearing now too. I am literally scared.
Please do not buy Hitachi. You can go for cheaper Voltas, Samsung, LG as they have a better service at least.
