This co probably is worst managed for dealing customer complaints. I bought a new product which was giving problem from first day itself complaint no MJ74609. The person attended on12th January and suggested replacement till today nothing has moved.
Even after contacting the supervisor concerned and Replacement head at Gurgaon nothing happened. Do they think that customer can keep his toilet( WC) down for 8 days and even now no remorse. At times no body lifts phone also.
May be best thing is not to go for these products ever.
