I had taken 45 days bed bug service plus 1 year extended guarantee. The service was completely ineffective and I could see them almost everyday. On repeatedly informing them, i was asked to wait for sometime to see eesults but therewas no respite. Being highly allergic to their bites, Im suffering a lot. The normal HIT worked better in killing them, though not completely. I have been asking for refund both45 days guarantee and extended 1 year service that I had taken but on calling their call center, request is always forwarded but there has not been any response yet. Completely insensitive and unprofessional behavior. Do not recommend it to anyone.
