Most reviews have amply explained the problem. The same was with us. We got bed bugs treatment done at home & Termite treatment done at office. Neither has yielded full results. At home we are really annoyed. Office, interiors need to be done again so substantial loss! After lodging complaint, I received 2 calls wherein the callers tried to sell more contracts than understand the problem. Godrej was better.
ISS is supposed to be a MNC with presence across many countries. My mail to HO did not yield results so how can we expect the Indian office to take cognizance of complaints?
I now have signed a contract with a smaller company which comes at less than 50% of ISS amount & in the first service itself, bed bugs are untraceable.
ISS hi care sucks!
