The Passion X-Pro is Hero Motocorp's first medium to make a foray into the burgeoning 110cc premium commuter segment. The engine is sourced from Honda, which is found in their every 110cc commuter motorcycle, and here, it makes 8.7 PS of maximum power and 9.36 Nm of torque. The engine carries all the supreme traits of being a refined and smooth mill as every other Hero(or say, Honda) engine, and promises to deliver the most out of every stroke of the it. The gear ratios from the 4-speed gearbox are well spread out to make the maximum use of torque spread out in lower rev range. The fuel efficiency in the range of 65-70 kmpl in the real world conditions are enough to seal the deal.

Passions have always been famous for their'easy to ride' nature, and the X-Pro version continues the legacy as well. The bike sports a rather dated setup of front telescopic forks and rear hydraulic coil springs, but perform extremely well to tackle the worse road conditions with ease. The ride is supple and thus, fits to be perfectly used for city commuting. The light weighted chassis further aids in good handling prowess. The brakes too perform well, in symphony with the other mechanicals, and the option of a front disc brake is a catch as well.
