Being a bike seller I now do not recommend Splendour Plus for milage.
Splendour plus is no more a milage vehicle, no good looks, ok pickup.
If you are looking for a milage vehicle I recommend TVS Centra
Boxer, CT 100 is not good. CT 100 has good milage but no looks.
Splendor plus has an ave milage of 65-70km/l.
CT 100 has milage of 70-80 in cities boxer's milage is 65km/l
Centra's maximum milage in my knowledge is 144km/l in mumbai.
So if you are looking for a milage bike then go for victor or centra.
splender produces more sound and smoke than centra.
splendor plus has starting problem and its centre stand is not placed properly.
overall I recommend centra for milage.
