I had a chance to test a karizma last year in delhi during my holidays. The bike was offered by KRP , well known delhi based modifiers. I rode this bike for 2 weeks and I was quite impressed by the balance and the power was alright as well not like fake power in pulsar reving too much and noisy engine. Karizma is refined though one can easily listen the sound coming after 30 mins of engine running and that is due to emission norms they put a hose in cylinder to reduce the pollution. Riding position is best in its class and I never felt tired while riding for long distances but I have no clue about the pillion rider. This bike has good suspensions make you feel like in car even on bumpy roads of haryana. The ride is smooth no doubt but power is not up to the point. It lacks in power though better than other rivals like pulsar but a bike with an engine capacity 223.8 should have more power as this is in competition with other bike upto 150cc only.

The monoveurability is poor like Hayabusa which is just a fastest bike on road only and to weave a Hayabusa in traffic is nearly impossible and I felt the same about karizma. In india you need to weave in traffic but with this bike that's really tough. The balance is good and I was feeling secured even on high speedd above 100km/hr. The braking is superb and I can remember when I had to stop suddenly on rohtak highway when a dog came in front of me and the bike didn't skid an inch even.

The looks are good with cool half fairing and multireflector head lamp give me a feeling of CBR 125 honda, black alloy rims add more to the beauty, fuel tank is really sleek and I am sure they worked a lot in designing the tank. matt-chrome exhaust looks fantastic but I am disappointed by the note same like you are riding a passion they should do about that, instruments panel is classy with three dials with quality as well. The weights on handle bars are skinny and don't look good on a big bike like karizma. The tail is again a piece of good work with nice curves at the end.

Well, karizma is a cool breeze in four-strokes and I really like bike, this is not a pure sports bike but this is an indian sports bike and it is more affordable now and I can guess the company is not thinking for price hike as they did a blunder in past when they launched karizma with a price tag of 81000 rs then they realised and came down to 72k .
