Recently, I travelled to Karnataka Kerala booked by Heena Travels and pathetic experience related to room booking done by them. we were group of 20 people and they have charged the same payment to all still there was injustice in assigning the rooms and when we complained they said they don't have rooms.
Whole night few of us spent sleepless as the bed was broken and bed sheets were dirty, there was no bathrooms facility as per the standard, windows broken and other things were not cleaned since ages, room door does'nt get locked properly.
there was lot of mosquitoes and lizards in the room while booking they mentioned that all hotels will be 3 star and when we asked in the hotel, they said there is no star for this hotel.
while on tour, we tried to contact head office, they were not bothered and after coming back we asked for refund, they said what will you do. if you want then go to police and complaint or if you chew our brain, we will call the police. so it is called totally dadagiri and illiteracy.
Manager of Heena travels doesnt know English and wants us to talk in Gujarati or Hindi. This tour is only meant for illiterate people as Heena don't have professional way of handling customers.
Instead of regretting what happened, Heena just shows dadagiri. Not worth wasting money as most of days sightseen are less and not as per the brochure.
