The worst pre & post service provider in India.
I have booked International group tour through Heena Tour held in February 2017 to Asian Charisma.
I have booked through Heena, Ahmedabad office which having worst and totally untrained staff. Staff are keeps on changing.
They don't know even basic rules & regulations.
After completion of my trip their tones are completely changed. Such thief guys.
Knowledge of tour guide was a BIG ZERO.
Worst service, untrained staff even the manager came with group he was new and joined us to enjoy picnic on our expenses.
There are only 6 bookings from all over Gujarat, if this practice will than in future 6 could be the higher amount.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY TOUR WITH HEENA TOURS & TRAVELS.
HEENA TRAVELS is FISHY & BIGGEST THEFT OF INDIA.
