Alright.......... I've penned my thoughts which are very honest and genuine and only a perception which I have about my company.
*Positives :
- *You can really learn from people who are biggies in their domains and can have an enriching experience.
2. You can work for big clients in the financial domain. Whatever you can think of. But here is catch. To maximize profitability, Headstrong puts in less no. of people per project and you could be overloaded with work....so might be you're working day and night and even on Saturday and Sundays.
*Negatives:
- *NO sick leaves, probably even if you have fallen genuinely sick may be you need to turn up and yes may have to accommodate Loss of Pay, in case you're not left with earned leaves.
2. The appraisal policy is flawed and carries lot of anomalies which means even if you have performed well your rating might not reflect those on papers.
3. Being on bench can be real pain because it makes a direct impact on your bonus component which mean you might have been productive when on bench(by taking certifications, internal project) but still it wont help you out. Also that impact is huge.
4.You can have real finicky people around in name to push you to next level which turns out to be obnoxious.(not true for all)
5.Even if you have **enough of leaves, you might not be able to take them up because of billing problems.
- *staff augmentation can again be a problem because you remain completely incognito of whats happening at your company and even HR would be of no help.
7.Resource allocation policy is flawed where inspite of having a project you might still end up being on bench.....
8. They hire and fire.....not a company where your can have visions, also you might be hired for a project that never comes and you end up on bench for 6-8 months ultimately getting fired.
I have weighed down both down both negatives and positives .On the whole I wont recommend joining this place because on work part you might as well get same quality of work elsewhere too.
But the employee satisfaction has not been so great. at least not for me. In the end gist is. I wont recommend any one to join this company to join beause I still believe you can crack anyother company better and bigger in brand having better work culture
