Only name is Haveli, food is not like it should be. Review on Haveli Restaurant, Jalandhar

Hello friends

Recently I have visited the haveli restaurant in Jalandhar while traveling to Amritsar. I have heard alot of this restaurant from my friends all the good things. So without a second thought we decided to go to haveli for lunch. The temperature was at 46 degree on that day and I have to tell you that the restaurant is much bigger then expected but services like rest room etc are not good. They were all dirty and I feel like puking after visiting them. Water supply was proper but still they were not clean at all. Talking about the food the presentation of the food was average but since we were hungry so we didn't mind that what I don't like was when I asked for normal tawa roties then they refused to give and told only tandoori roti is available. So we have to manage with that only which was not good. Ambience was also not that good. Every where there was someone or the other talking making unnecessary voice it was not silent enough to enjoy the food. This ambience is ok when you are with your friends but with family you expect a bit of silence. Customer service was good I would say and the waiter were ever ready to serve us. Overall I don't think that it is value for money product. Hence I would not recommend anyone.
