Yesterday when power was gone and came after five minutes Hathway digital box was not responding without any operation of its red and green lights.We called to the concerned Hathway office and the boy came, checked the box and said it was gone.
The box was just bought before one year and he said warranty could be applied for only one year and date was crossed.All these digital boxes are not original and we can face the same trouble if we buy the new one.I think it is better to go for Airtel or Sun T.V network to get rid of these problems.This box almost costed 1500/- and worked for only one year.Within this year it stopped for more than two times and the boy came took the box number and sended to main office and at last done for five days and now it was totally gone.
