Frequent disconnections
Frequent network blackouts from 10 min to few hours without any notification
Poor speed like less than 2 mbps though my monthly quota is not over
No bills and payment receipt either through email or paper. Even my account page doesn't display the information
I was charged 2200 INR wrongly for Topup of 100GB and no one is giving me the explanation of that
I have made several complaints, but no action.
Their motto is cheat people and make money. They claims 50mbs but you will never get more than 20 mbps if you are lucky enough to not have issues like me.
