Hi,
Please avoid falling to their advertisement offers. They have the worst customer service and reps don't know what they are taking and keep on saying "Please wait 12 hrs to fix the issue".
We have no internet connection for 48 hours.
Calling customer care number is very confusing. It keeps on playing pre recorded message.
Even when the internet connection is on you experience slow speed. I think when they install the connection they don't follow standards just lay the wires all over the streets and they get disconnected frequently.
I just asked them to terminate the connection.
