Hi friends I will shars my experince on topic hayhways broad band which I have used.
As we are need of internet in day to day life so I buyed this but not good speed I buyed for my shop.
It was about 3months I took connection of broadband . It establishmebt and charge as far the speed 8mbps which he guarantted but I didnot got they sad. I thought it is a decent arrngements . Until the point I made the installment and did the printed material client booster was great.
Later the installment was done few different folks came and did tge wiring and again another day installment fellow come and introduce the switch at tge season of establishment speed wad almost 8mbps . This wad the last that I recollection them being considered and accommodation .
Soon after 3 or 4 days web sleep being decreasing some point I even could not peruse . I complain they said that we will resolve the issue inside 24 hours yet they never did . It generally the same is called the person who demonstrate the arrangement and took installment he said his part is done and contact to clients now. Its depended either totally down or moderate . Attempted there application to raise grips but its didnt work on the off chance that you call to cilents care raise the grumbles. They do raise the tickets however without sitting the issue or without affirming from you the will close the case as settled.
After complain
It is working good since months giving speed 8mps.
Every once and keeping in mind that associated goes disconnected.
Service and support
If I call to clients mind they might said that wait for 24hours and if after that also not solved they might have said to another 24hours. I really say they dontbsolve problem they give delay of time which I dont like.
