Be ready to follow up a lot with n number of lies saying it will be done. It has been almost a week when I have paid. I have paid the amount with cheque on the very first day with the promise of getting the connection in two days, and look I am still following it up and waiting for them to come. Very irresponsible attitude seen from hathway. It was told to me that cable has already been given which was actually not done. And after following up alot for a week I got a cable at my place and now I am waiting for modem to come for me to use it.
Uffff.stil waiting when can I use wifi.
Its really pathetic to get new connection. Don't know how will be after service.
